The Chorus actually meets slightly outside Preston at the social club of the BNFL Springfields site, Salwick. The most straightforward route is to approach via the A583, Preston to Blackpool. This can be accessed from Blackpool Road or Riversway in Preston and from Preston New Road in Blackpool. The major A6 and the A585 (Fleetwood-Kirkham) also have junctions with the A583.

The site can be accessed a few miles outside Preston, turning off at the junction for the village of Clifton (near Newton-with-Scales).

The Clifton turn-off (Lodge Lane) leads onto Clifton Lane and then to a right turn into Deepdale Lane about half a mile from the A583. About a quarter of a mile down Deepdale Lane is a left turn into Lea Lane where the entrance to the social club is located.
